Called Friendly Appliance Repair after an online search for furnace repair in Whittier, CA, and couldn't be happier. The tech, Mike, showed up right on time, which is kinda rare these days, right? He got straight to diagnosing the issue with our old Lennox furnace. Knows his stuff, I tell ya. Real personable too, made the whole process easy to follow without drowning us in technical jargon.
Anyway, turns out the problem was simpler than we thought – just some gunk blocking something up. Mike fixed it in no time and even gave us some tips on keeping that from happening again. Didn't feel pressured to shell out for unnecessary extras, which, again, is refreshing.
What really struck me was the follow-up. Got a call a couple of days later just to check everything was running smooth. That's some serious customer care right there.
If you're in Whittier and need furnace repair, I'd definitely recommend these folks. They're prompt, friendly, and know what they're doing.
